How credits work and what each plan includes.
SpecSource uses credits to track usage. Each agent run consumes credits based on how much AI processing it requires.

How credits are consumed
Credits are consumed during agent runs based on the AI model used and how many tokens it processes. A typical run uses 5-20 credits depending on how much context is gathered.
You can see your current balance and recent usage in Settings → Billing.
Upgrading
Go to Settings and click Upgrade to Pro. Payment is handled through Polar.sh. Your credits are added immediately after subscribing.
Running out of credits
When your credits are exhausted, scheduled runs will be recorded with an unpaid status instead of executing. You can see these in your agent run history. Upgrade to Pro for more credits, or wait for your monthly renewal.
