What gets searched

During an agent run, SpecSource searches Intercom for:

  • Conversations mentioning the error, affected feature, or related keywords
  • Recent inbox threads tied to the issue

Specs include the matching conversation IDs and snippets so engineers can see how the bug shows up from the customer's side.
