Connect Intercom to include customer conversations from your support inbox in specifications.
Intercom is where many product teams handle in-app support. Connecting it lets the agent reference real customer conversations and bug reports while writing specs.
Connecting
Go to Connectors → Add source integration → Intercom → Connect with Intercom. Authorize read access to your workspace when prompted.
What gets searched
During an agent run, SpecSource searches Intercom for:
- Conversations mentioning the error, affected feature, or related keywords
- Recent inbox threads tied to the issue
Specs include the matching conversation IDs and snippets so engineers can see how the bug shows up from the customer's side.
