Outlook
Connect Outlook to include customer reports and email threads in your specifications.
Outlook surfaces the email side of customer reports, vendor alerts, and internal threads — useful context when those reports never made it into a ticket.
Connecting
Go to Connectors → Add source integration → Outlook → Connect with Outlook. Authorize read-only access to the connecting user's mailbox when prompted.
What gets searched
During an agent run, SpecSource searches Outlook for:
- Threads mentioning the error, affected feature, or related keywords
- Customer reports and replies tied to the issue
Specs come back with the relevant thread snippets and links.
