Zendesk
Connect Zendesk to include support tickets and customer conversations in your specifications.
Zendesk holds the customer-facing reports that often precede an engineering ticket by days or weeks. Connecting it lets the agent surface those tickets and quote real customer wording in specs.
Connecting
Go to Connectors → Add source integration → Zendesk → Connect with Zendesk. Authorize read access to your help desk when prompted.
What gets searched
During an agent run, SpecSource searches Zendesk for:
- Tickets mentioning the error, affected feature, or related keywords
- Recent customer conversations tied to the issue
Specs include the matching ticket IDs and snippets so engineers can see how many customers have hit the bug and what they actually said.
