PagerDuty
Connect PagerDuty to include incident timelines and on-call context in your specifications.
PagerDuty captures the operational side of an outage: who was paged, when, and what was happening on-call. Connecting it lets the agent tie a Linear bug back to the originating incident.
Connecting
Go to Connectors → Add source integration → PagerDuty → Connect with PagerDuty. Authorize read access to your account when prompted.
What gets pulled
During an agent run, SpecSource pulls from PagerDuty:
- Recent incidents matching the affected service or error
- Incident timelines — alerts, acknowledgements, and resolutions
- On-call notes captured during the incident
Specs include links back to the originating incident so reviewers can see the full operational picture.
