PagerDuty captures the operational side of an outage: who was paged, when, and what was happening on-call. Connecting it lets the agent tie a Linear bug back to the originating incident.

What gets pulled

During an agent run, SpecSource pulls from PagerDuty:

  • Recent incidents matching the affected service or error
  • Incident timelines — alerts, acknowledgements, and resolutions
  • On-call notes captured during the incident

Specs include links back to the originating incident so reviewers can see the full operational picture.
